‪プロテイン過剰摂取? / Too Much Protein?

‪これまでの常識を覆し、最近の研究ではプロテインの高用量摂取は健康体であれば血中脂質、肝臓、腎臓機能などに何ら悪影響ないことが判明。
プロテインによるカロリーも体脂肪増加に繋がらないようだ。

トレーニング不足の時は特に多量にプロテインを摂ることが大切。

‪私も忙しく、トレーニング不足の場合は、筋肉を失わないよう毎日3g/kgのプロテインを摂るようにしている。本来は自然食品から摂取するのが理想だが、サプリメントは便利だ。

Contrary to what you have heard before, recent studies show that high protein intake has no negative effect on health in disease free population.  This includes no harmful effects on blood lipids, liver and kidney function.  Interestingly the increased calorie intake from protein also did not translate to an increase in fat mass.

It is especially important to keep protein intake high when you cannot train as much as you like. Especially when I am busy, I make sure to take about 3g/ kg of protein daily just to keep from muscle loss.

It is ideal to get this amount from whole foods but supplements are helpful in terms of convenience.
